Sean and I decided to go it alone and check out a new supermarket called Pure Gold.
So we flagged down a Jeepney and off we went. There are many different modes of transport in CDO (apparently each city is slightly different).
As good as place as any for a snooze!
Amazingly colourful bus/jeeps. The Filipino's adapted the American troop carriers after WWII.
Cost us 5 peso to go about 5km. 40 peso = $1 AUS
Everyone rides in the back!

Walking, bikes, motorbikes, bicycle rickshaw, motor bike rickshaw, jeepney, bus (long distances), car, truck. No seatbelts required here - we haven't put a seatbelt on since we arrived in Asia.
